Terms & Conditions:

Bookings are ESSENTIAL.

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your date for a wedding. Once a deposit has been received, your booking is then secure - the date is yours! Unfortunately I cannot 'hold' a date without a deposit. The remaining balance is then required to be paid within 7 days prior to, or on the day. 

Bank transfer or cash is accepted for payment.

CHANGES: Changes to times, services (etc adding/removing bridesmaids), or location will need to be agreed upon prior to the day. Any changes on the day may incur additional charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made more than 8 weeks prior to your wedding for your deposit to be credited.

Cancellations within 4 weeks of your wedding are required to pay HALF the remaining balance as I won't be able to book another wedding in this time. 

Cancellations within 2 weeks of your wedding are required to pay the FULL remaining balance as I won't be able to find work for this day anymore.

PRIVACY ACT: Your name, address, phone number, email and any other personal information that we hold is for the sole use of Jess Neale Beauty. This information will not be sold or rented to any third party.

RIGHTS RESERVED: Jess Neale Beauty reserves the right to cancel any booking, and provide notice when a booking is breached of these terms and conditions.

INDEMNITY: By agreeing to these terms and conditions you indemnify Jess Neale Beauty from and against all actions, demands, claims, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgements, costs and expenses.

LIABILITY: Jess Neale Beauty is not liable for any allergies or skin irritations.

Jess Neale Beauty cannot be held liable under this contract where the client is unhappy with the finished makeup, client will be given the opportunity to rectify the service when makeup is applied.
